How We Collect Information

We collect information through website forms and inquiries, purchases and checkout, course-platform account setup and learning activity, booking tools if enabled, and email or support communications.

We may also collect information through cookies, essential site technologies, analytics where enabled, and server logs. Organization purchasers and Seat Managers may provide employee or team-member information to assign access.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries and schedule calls; process purchases and provide course access; create and manage learner accounts, enrolments, organization seats, certificates, and support; and send purchase confirmations, access instructions, service notices, and account communications.

We may also use information to improve our website, program, security, and customer experience; maintain legal, financial, tax, fraud-prevention, and operational records; and send marketing communications only where consent or another lawful basis permits. We do not make automated decisions or conduct profiling unless that practice becomes applicable and is disclosed here.

Service Providers and Disclosure

We may share personal information only as reasonably necessary with providers and advisors needed to operate the business. These may include:

  • Shopify for website, commerce, checkout, orders, and payment-related operations.
  • Thinkific for course delivery, learner accounts, enrolments, certificates, organization seats, and progress.
  • Scheduling providers such as Calendly only if booking is enabled.
  • Actual email, hosting, cloud-storage, analytics, customer-support, and professional-service providers in use.
  • Contractors who need limited access to provide services, subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal, accounting, insurance, regulatory, or government authorities where required or permitted by law.

AI Fluency Advisory does not sell personal information for money.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential site and checkout cookies to provide core website functions. Analytics and performance tools may be used only where enabled. You can manage cookies through your browser controls and any cookie-consent tool made available on the website.

We will update this policy if our non-essential tracking practices change.

Marketing Communications

We send promotional emails only with appropriate consent or another lawful basis. Commercial emails include identification and a working unsubscribe mechanism, and unsubscribe requests are honoured promptly.

We may still send purchase, account, access, and security emails where necessary to provide our services.

Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, records, legal and tax obligations, security, dispute resolution, and legitimate operations. Information may be deleted, anonymized, or securely archived when no longer needed.

International Processing

Service providers may process or store information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. Those jurisdictions may have different privacy laws. We take reasonable measures when selecting providers and handling transfers.

Access, Correction, Consent, and Concerns

You may request access to personal information, correction of inaccuracies, information about our handling practices, withdrawal of consent where applicable, and marketing unsubscribe. Send requests to info@aifluencyadvisory.com. We may need to verify identity before responding.

If concerns are not resolved, you may contact an applicable privacy regulator.

Security, Children, and Updates

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the Last Updated date when we do. For privacy questions, contact the AI Fluency Advisory Privacy Officer at info@aifluencyadvisory.com.
