Acceptance of Terms
AI Fluency Advisory (“AI Fluency Advisory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and provides educational programs and related services.
By using the website, creating an account, purchasing access, or using a program, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you purchase for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Eligibility and Accounts
Our services are intended for adults and professional or business users. You must provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. Each learner needs their own account, and account credentials cannot be shared.
Program Access and Licence
Purchasers receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access purchased program materials. You may not resell, publicly share, copy, record, publish, sublicense, or commercially exploit the content.
Program access may be delivered through Thinkific or another designated learning platform.
Organization Access and Seats
Organization purchases are limited to the number of seats purchased. Seats are for internal learners within the purchasing organization and cannot be resold or transferred externally.
Organization purchasers and Seat Managers are responsible for appropriate seat assignment and accurate learner information. We may suspend access that exceeds the purchased seat count or violates these Terms.
Purchases, Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are displayed in USD unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout, and payments are processed by third-party providers.
We may correct obvious pricing, description, or availability errors before accepting an order, and may cancel or refuse fraudulent, unauthorized, or erroneous orders where permitted by law.
Refunds and Seat Adjustments
All purchases are final. AI Fluency Advisory does not offer refunds, cancellations, credits, or exchanges after purchase except as expressly described below or where required by applicable law.
Individual program purchases are non-refundable after purchase, including where a purchaser changes their mind, does not use the program, does not complete the program, experiences scheduling constraints, or no longer wishes to access the content.
For organization purchases, AI Fluency Advisory may consider a refund for a verified surplus additional seat where all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- The seat has not been assigned, claimed, accessed, or used by any learner.
- The requested adjustment does not involve a used or claimed seat.
- The purchaser provides the order details and sufficient information for AI Fluency Advisory to verify the unused seat.
Any approved organization-seat adjustment is limited to the unused additional-seat amount originally paid. Base team packages, including 10-seat and 20-seat packages, are not divisible and are not partially refundable.
If a requested organization adjustment would change the applicable pricing tier, we may recalculate the order using the correct tier and refund only the resulting net difference, if any.
We may also review duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or a technical inability to access a purchased program that we cannot reasonably resolve.
Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or replaces any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Educational Purpose and AI Disclaimer
Our content is general educational information. It is not legal, financial, tax, HR, cybersecurity, regulatory, medical, or other professional advice.
AI systems and outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for a particular circumstance. You remain responsible for evaluating AI tools, handling confidential information, complying with laws and internal policies, and making decisions. We make no promise of a specific business, financial, productivity, compliance, employment, or operational result.
Certificate of Completion
A certificate confirms completion of AI Fluency Advisory requirements only. It is not an academic degree, government credential, professional designation, legal certification, or third-party endorsement.
Intellectual Property
All website, program, video, visual, framework, worksheet, text, logo, and trademark materials belong to AI Fluency Advisory or its licensors. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, adapt, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use our services for unlawful activity.
- Share accounts or organization seats without authorization.
- Scrape, extract, or repost course content.
- Bypass access controls or upload harmful code.
- Harass others, infringe rights, commit fraud, or interfere with services.
Third-Party Services
Shopify, Thinkific, payment providers, and scheduling tools may have their own terms and privacy policies. AI Fluency Advisory is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
Availability, Changes, and Suspension
We may update website and program content. We will make reasonable efforts to provide access, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Access may be suspended or terminated for fraud, security issues, non-payment, or material breach.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms disclaims liability where doing so is prohibited by law.
To the maximum extent allowed, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant program or service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude indirect, incidental, special, punitive, and consequential losses where legally permitted.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you and your organization will indemnify AI Fluency Advisory for claims arising from misuse, violations of these Terms, or infringement caused by your conduct.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law. Ontario courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
